Country Arts Support Program.

The Country Arts Support Program (CASP) is an annual small grants program, delivered by Outback Arts in partnership with Create NSW to support community arts and cultural development in regional NSW.

The Country Arts Support Program (CASP) is an annual small grants program administered by Outback Arts to support a creative and vibrant regional NSW arts scene.

Eligible activities include workshops, exhibitions, performances, artist-in-residence programs, and public art and design projects. Up to $3000 is up for grabs for each application.

The projects previously supported in the Outback Arts region include music festivals, performance development and presentation, creative skill workshops in painting, how to work with resin, public artwork and local history being captured in artistic displays.

This long-running funding program is administered by Outback Arts in partnership with Create NSW. CASP is all about giving regional people access to a diverse range of cultural programs each year and bringing opportunities that may otherwise not be available.

Outback Arts Executive Director Jamie-Lea Trindall said, “CASP is a significant investment directly into our region. Each year we see exciting and inspiring community events funded by CASP.”

The online application is released in the early part of each year. All applicants are required to discuss their proposals with the team at Outback Arts before submission.
